Truly one of my favorite places in the world. What makes a place or a country a favorite place for me are, beauty and kindness. I think it’s important to do a little research in advance because you may go in the wrong season when it is too hot. October was perfect. It’s more exciting if you get in shape before you go, prepare to hike some moderate to advanced hikes to really explore Petra.
